Because there is no public transportation available in the Central Adirondack region, the Community Transportation Services is an important organization to provide transportation for necessary medical appointments. There is a constant need for volunteers, both as drivers and as members of the Board of Directors. During the winter months, many of our volunteer drivers leave for warmer climates and puts the burden on the remaining drivers. Please consider volunteering at least a few hours a month to help your neighbors.
