CINDY BECKLEY – I have been the Coordinator and a driver for CTS since 2015. I volunteer to “pay it forward” in this community that I have been a part of since 1982. I love the Adirondacks and and look forward to returning in the summer months to help with driving, as well as coordinating year-round from my home in the State of Florida. I like keeping in touch with everyone. JOANNE CAREY – I wanted to do some volunteer work as I am now retired. I live in Big Moose year round now. My friend drives and I asked her about it. I like to drive so I thought it would be something I could do. I think it is a valuable service to have in the mountain town that we live in and near. We have doctor services available but not a hospital or a variety of specialist doctors. We transport many older residents who don’t drive or are in need of transportation. It is truly a valuable service for many and am happy to do my part to keep it running. NANCY LANGHAM – I live at Rondaxe Lake, and I am a retired faculty and coach from Beaver River Central, SUNY Cortland, and the University of Rhode Island. I am a former member of CASART Search and Rescue. I was at the Post office one day many years ago and I was talking with Al Brussel and he started talking about CTS and wondered if I would be interested in driving. I enjoy meeting and talking with the people that I take and I am glad to help the people in our community. RICH TIMM – I am a volunteer because I feel it is time to give back a little of what I have received. Old Forge and the surrounding areas have a great need for this service and I am happy to be associated with them.
